Although awarded by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, this course is suitable for individuals working in any industry or marker sector, who would benefit from an understanding of Customer Service and Marketing. Can form an ideal basis for company induction programmes. Topics include: The Characteristics and Requirements of Different Customer Types; The Components of Effective Customer Service; Effective Internal and External Customer Service; The Purpose of Marketing Activities; Producing a Simple Marketing Plan. May be studied over six weeks as distance learning or delivered in-house, by arrangement. Candidates can top-up this qualification to the ‘Level 2 Certificate in Logistics and Transport’ through the subsequent successful completion of three additional level 2 modules.
